Batteryhold? Are You New?
Not really. While Batteryhold is a newly developed product range addressing a specific risk category, we are not new to the industry. Batteryhold is produced by our Stronghold manufacturing division, which has been making steel products in Australia since 2001. Stronghold is part of Culpan Industries, a company with over 55 years of experience in steel manufacturing in Melbourne. You can rely on our expertise and trust that we’ll continue to be here to support our products and create new ones to fit your needs long into the future..
What are the DG transport approvals for these boxes?
The boxes are DG Transport Approved for UN3090, UN3091, UN3480, UN3481 and are clearly marked for compliance and use. They are designed to be reusable when checked for visible signs of wear after each use. You can download the Worksafe Testing & Compliance Certificates
What are the fire restrictive properties of these battery collection bags?
These battery collection bags are manufactuired using materials rated to meeet the UL94 V-1 flammability rating in accordance with the current standards.
Why is there no standard price list?
Perhaps because it’s a relatively new needs category, but our experience so far for our Batteryhold products has been that every enquiry has been different in terms of quantities, features, options and customisations, so our standard price list ended up being not very useful to anyone. Instead, simply contact us using the ‘Get A Quote’ button with the details of what you want and we’ll get back to you with the answers and pricing that fits with exactly what you need. You’re also welcome to call us on (03) 9357 8343 too.
Are there DG packing instructions?
Yes. Simply click on the ‘DG Packing Instructions’ link in the footer. You’ll find PDF downloads for the Worksafe Testing & Compliance Certificates for each of the available sizes along with the Australian Code for the transport of Dangerous Goods by road and rail as documented by the National Transport Commission.
